Order & Shipping Policy
1. Made-to-Order Pieces
• All designs are upon customization order, based on the available size range (50 to 60).
• Due to the nature of made-to-order production, orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.
• Production time takes 3 to 10 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
• During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take longer — we appreciate your understanding.
2. Ready-to-Ship Products
• Some abayas are available for immediate delivery and are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• If ordered along with made-to-order pieces, the full order will be shipped once all items are ready, unless otherwise coordinated.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping times vary depending on location.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery
• A tracking number will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.
• We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
