1.Execution Timeline
The execution and cutting process begins immediately upon order and payment confirmation. Tailoring takes 10 to 17 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and peak seasons). Orders are shipped immediately upon completion.
2.Modifications & Sizing:
Due to the nature of production, no modifications to sizes or designs can be made once the order is confirmed. The customer bears full responsibility for selecting the correct size using the chart provided on the website.
3.Customer Notes:
Notes written in the comments box will be accommodated based on available capabilities, provided they do not alter the original design or overall product quality.
Products Availability: If a fabric runs out or becomes unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately to choose between: modifying the order, exchanging the product, or canceling the order for a full refund.
4.Shipping Cost & Duration: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected carrier and location. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping, varying by carrier and region.
5.Shipping Procedures: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details during checkout. Delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping companies are beyond our control and are the carrier's legal liability; however, we commit to tracking the shipment until delivery. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect data or non-delivery, the customer bears the return and re-shipping fees (the cost of the return shipment + the cost of re-sending it, based on the carrier's approved rates in the store).
