1. Custom-Made Abayas:
Per Ministry of Commerce regulations, custom-tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or execution error by the store.
2. Manufacturing Defects:
If a defect is proven, the store covers all shipping and compensation costs (exchange or refund). Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and the item must be returned with all original packaging. (Initial shipping fees are non-refundable).
3. Non-Defect Cases:
Damage from misuse or incorrect washing, minor sizing variances (0.5 to 1 inch), slight color differences due to screens, or dissatisfaction with fabric/size if they match the description and size chart.
4. Ready-Made Items:
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unscented, and in original packaging). The customer bears all return and reshipping fees.
5. How to Apply:
Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear video of the issue. Review takes 2-3 business days.
