However, in the case of a manufacturing defect or design error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear images. If approved, we will provide an appropriate solution. The customer is responsible for return and shipping fees of 45 SAR.

• Damages caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.
• Slight size variations (up to 1.5 inches) are not considered defects.
