At MANSOJ DAL, our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience, from the moment of placing your order to receiving and enjoying your product. Below is our Order & Shipping Policy.


Order Policy

•Order processing begins immediately after order confirmation with the customer.

•Production and shipping time is 12–17 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and peak season periods.

•The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart available on our website or Instagram account.

•No changes can be made to the size or design after order confirmation.

•Notes provided in the “Order Notes” section will be applied according to feasibility, without affecting the design or quality of the product.

•If the fabric is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact the customer to choose one of the following options:

•Cancel the order

•Modify the order

•Replace the product with another item



Shipping Policy

•Orders are shipped after production is complete, according to the timeline above.

•The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout.

•Shipping costs are automatically calculated when choosing a shipping company, based on the customer’s location (city, region, or country).

•If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost twice, based on the contracted shipping company’s rates.

•Mansooj Dal is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping company.

•Delays by the shipping company are beyond our control, but we will monitor the shipment until it reaches the customer.


Customer service
