At MANSOJ DAL, all abayas are custom-made according to your measurements and preferences, making your shopping experience unique and personalized.


Return and exchange terms


Custom Orders

•Made-to-order abayas cannot be returned or exchanged.

•Exceptions: Only proven manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations.


Manufacturing Defects

•If a defect or error occurs, MANSOJ DAL covers all costs and provides replacement or refund.

•Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

•Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

•Returned items must include all original packaging, except for complimentary gifts.


Not Considered a Defect:

•Improper use or care

•Minor measurement differences (½–1 inch)

•Color variations due to screens or photography

•Dissatisfaction with size if it matches the size chart

•Dissatisfaction with fabric if described in the product listing

•Minor stitching differences that do not affect the use or appearance


How to Submit a Request

1.Contact customer service via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

2.Provide:

•Order number

•Clear photos or videos showing the issue

3.Each case is reviewed within 2–3 business days, and the customer will be notified of the outcome.


Note: Requests after the deadline or without clear evidence will not be accepted.
