All Mansoj Dal abayas are made according to the measurements selected by the customer, while following the design displayed on the website. Orders do not include changes to the design or its details.
- Preparation time: 7–10 business days.
- Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays.
- Preparation may take longer during peak seasons, high-demand periods, official holidays, or due to exceptional circumstances affecting production.
- Customers may request to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not started.
- Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or the measurements changed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details.
- If incorrect measurements are provided, customers may contact us before production begins to check whether alterations are possible. Additional fees may apply.
Order Cancellation by Mansoj Dal
Mansoj Dal may cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, a clear pricing error, or clear indicators of unauthorized use of the payment method.
In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the consumer’s rights under applicable law.
