We take great care in ensuring your piece reaches you in perfect condition and as swiftly as possible. Below are our approved shipping and delivery details:


✦ Important Note: Delivery timelines outlined below apply once item production and preparation are completed (as detailed in our Order Policy).



✦ Processing & Dispatch Frames:

  • Custom Tailored Pieces: Handed over to the courier immediately upon completion of tailoring 10 to 17 business day. (Read our Order Policy)
  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Processed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.



✦ Delivery & Shipping Options:

  • Within Jeddah City (Faster & Local Option): Direct express delivery via a dedicated Mansoj Dal courier within 24 to 48 hours once your order is ready.
  • Other Cities within KSA: Shipped via Aramex, with delivery typically taking 2 to 5 business days after order completion.



✦ Handover & Shipment Tracking:

Upon handing your order over to Aramex or the courier, you will receive a tracking number or contact details via SMS or WhatsApp to track your package until arrival.


✦ Data accuracy& Shipping Adress:

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address details (including the National Address) and contact numbers upon checkout to ensure smooth delivery.



✦ Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.



✦ Returned Shipments & Uncollected orders:

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or failure to respond to the delivery courier, the customer shall bear the re-shipping fees.
